Questions?
Do guests need to download an app or sign up?
No. Guests scan the QR code and the guestbook opens in their phone browser. They pick photos, write a wish, done.
When can guests start sharing?
The guestbook opens automatically on the event day and stays open for 1 day after. You can also open it earlier (for wishes before the event) or close it any time.
What if someone shares an unsuitable photo?
You can hide or delete photos and wishes from your phone, and they disappear from the live wall within 10 seconds.
What do I need for the live wall?
Any smart TV, a laptop connected to a projector, or a TV box with a web browser and internet. Open the wall link and press Full screen.
How long are photos kept?
At least 90 days after the event date. We recommend downloading the ZIP after your event to keep your own copy.
How do I pay?
FPX online banking through ToyyibPay. Your guestbook is activated right after a successful payment.
